22/01/2012 I made the seriously best smoothie this week. Experimenting on your behalf sometimes has my family gagging, but faithfully swallowing. Albeit they hold their noses as they swallow. Here goes: ¼ cup carrot seedling tops – yes the green ferny bits ¼ cup radish tops and 1 radish ( I harvest a leaf off each growing seedling) ½ cup peeled chopped pineapple ( very ripe one) 250mls filtered water 1 organic banana 1 red apple ½ cup of fresh mint 2 baby spinach leaves 5 cm cucumber 2 raw free range eggs ½ lettuce Blend and enjoy It was really delicious and nutritious Saying of the week IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT- DO NOT SAY IT! People are really unaware of how they bring dis-ease into their lives. It is very  sad to listen to them speaking illness, lack of finance, and dis-ease in all areas of life, into their life. I hear: "they make me sick!"              " I am losing my mind"             "my feet are killing me!" When they get sick, are memory challenged, or have feet challenges that affect their back and every other part of their body...the surprise is very evident. I heard a very interesting phrase: "If you don't want it-do NOT say it." A good motto for this week. Be aware of what you are creating in thought and word this week. It could change your life.

Business is definitely interesting. On a bad day, everyone else seems to be having one. Be having a good day, and most others seem to co-operate. i wonder what the common factor could be? (tongue in cheek) I have found that being pleasant definitely makes a difference, but holding on for help for 1 hour 48 minutes to query a payment gets to be interesting in the extreme. luckily I have a speaker phone and another line so that work does not come to a complete tandstill.

well, I have decided that computers can be friendly or extremely hostile instruments. especially when the user is not that literate in all things technical. Mu laptop froze this afternoon because it was asking for a serial number that I inputted from where it toldme, under the computer anf it froze!!!!! went blank, told me it is invalid. i am now highly confused as is the person who sold it to me as apparently it comes pre loaded to them and cannot be invalid. frustration. so I went and slept and when I woke up Roland told me it is working again. the panic? it has a whole lot of business info on there. Life is great. Live it to the full and take lessons in computernese.

This is great that I found this site as I have been looking to see how JaRo can have a blog. Technology is awesome ...when you know were to find it and how to use it
